2017 Women's Stroke Play Championship 

Julie Houston of Allen, Hailee Cooper of Montgomery and Kingwood’s Hanna Alberto win the 2017 Women’s Stroke Play Championship after finishing in a tie at 3-under-par thru 36-holes. Dangerous weather characterized Saturday morning at The Clubs of Kingwood – Island Course. Player Information

Player Field: The starting field will consist of 78 players. In the event the champions becomes over-subscribed, entries will be accepted in order of handicap index based upon the June 1, 2017 USGA Handicap Revision

Format: The format is 54 holes of Stroke Play. Top 30 players and ties after 36 holes will be placed in the Championship Flight and all remaining players will compete in two additional flights.
