To Club Officials:
By clicking the links below, you can access the information that you will need to begin the process to have your course rated. Included are the Association’s current fee structure, course rating application, and copies of the course rating green data forms.
If completing a paper application, please complete the Rating Application and Green Data Form and mail to the address below, along with payment for the rating and a copy of your scorecard.

Please keep in mind that the course rating green data form is asking for the dimensions of the greens at their longest length and width, without regard to the line of play.
