GOLF COURSE: South Shore Harbour Golf Club, originally designed by David Marr and Jay Riviere, was renovated and augmented by Jeffery Blume in the late 1990s. The Shore and Harbour Courses have evolved into a traditional course with rolling hills, plenty of penalty areas and a steady wind off the bay. The routing is a test of each player’s mental and physical skills. The Women’s Eclectic competitors played the Shore-Harbour courses at a distance of 5,296 yards in Round 1.

WEATHER: Early morning fog delayed the shotgun start of Round 2 by 45 minutes. The fog lingered for much of the players first nine holes. The Galveston Bay breeze finally pushed the fog out of the area and the players finish their rounds under with cloudy skies with and temperatures in the mid 60’s.
