Entry & Eligibility Information

Entries Open: April 12, 2021 @ 9:00 AM
Entries Close: May 10, 2021 @ 5:00 PM
Withdraw Date: May 10, 2021 @ 5:00 PM

Entry Fee: $160 per team

Eligibility: Entries are open to female amateur golfers with a certified WHS Handicap Index through a TGA Club Member. Please reference Policies and Procedures for further details.

Entry Procedure: Entries will be accepted in order of entry.

Championship Information

Field Size: The field is limited to 24 teams.

Format: Two-Person Scramble. Both players tee off on every hole and select a tee shot from which the team wishes to play. The team continues to select and play from their “best” shot until the ball has been holed. Each team member must use a minimum of two (2) of their tee shots on the front nine and two (2) of their tee shots on the back nine. To calculate the net scores, we will take 35% of the low handicap plus 15% of the high handicap.

What’s Included: The entry fee includes greens, cart and range fees for the round. The entry fee will also include a tee gift, and appetizers and drinks after the round.

Practice Round Information: Each player may schedule one (1) practice round at Buffalo Creek Golf Club for a discounted rate of $43.20 per player on weekdays and $51.20 per player on weekends. Players may schedule their practice round anytime Monday through Sunday. Players may contact the host club golf shop and identify themselves as a 2021 Women’s Saturday Series Player to schedule a practice round.

Registration Information: There will be no player registration for the Women’s Saturday Series. Players will receive their tee gift before the round.

Pairings Information: Pairings will be available following registration online at www.txga.org by Thursday, May 13th at 5:00 PM.

Prizes/Awards: Gift Certificates to the host club Golf Shop will be awarded to the Net and Gross Champions.

Caddies: Caddies are not permitted for the 2021 Women’s Saturday Series.

TGA Cart Policy: Players are encouraged to ride in carts during the round. Carts are limited to two (2) riders at a time and a maximum of two (2) carts per group. Players MUST share if applicable. Riding on the back of golf carts is prohibited.
