Randle Wins in Playoff at Lakecliff CC

The Medalist Hill Country #2 concluded at Lakecliff Country
Club on Sunday with Michael Randle of Tyler leaving as champion. Randle entered
the final round on Sunday two shots behind the first round leader J.T. Taylor
who carded the low round of the tournament with a 3-under par, 68. Battling
through the elements, Randle managed a hard-fought 75 to tie Taylor atop the
leaderboard. The two returned to the
long 18^thhole for a sudden death playoff where Randle’s par was
enough to claim the win.
