Women’s Saturday Series – Hill Country (Rescheduled)

Entry & Eligibility Information
Entries Open: May 17, 2023 at 9:00 AM
Entries Close: June 14, 2023 at 5:00 PM
Withdraw Deadline: June 14, 2023 at 5:00 PM

Entry Fee: $160 per team

Eligibility: Entries are open to female amateur golfers with a certified WHS Handicap Index. Please reference TGA Women’s Competition Policies for further details including Policies and Procedures, and Terms of Competition.

Entry Procedure: Entries are accepted in order of entry. In the case the event is oversubscribed, all subsequent entries will be placed on the waiting list in order of entry.

Championship Information

Format/Field Size: The format will be an 18 Hole 2-Person Shamble. In a Shamble format, both players hit a tee shot, select the better shot and play their own ball from that point until the ball is holed. The field is limited to 24 teams.

What’s Included: The entry fee includes greens, cart, and range fees for the round. Players will also receive a tee gift, two (2) drink tickets, and hors d’oeuvre following the round.

Practice Round Information: Each player is allowed one (1) practice round at Delaware Springs Golf Course at the discounted rate of $45 + tax/fees. Players must contact the host club directly and identify themselves as Women’s Saturday Series participants to receive the discounted rate.

Registration Information: There is no official registration for TGA Women’s Saturday Series events. Players are asked to arrive at the first tee at least 10 minutes prior to their starting time.

Starting Times/Pairings Information: Starting times/pairings for the Women’s Saturday Series will be made available no later than Wednesday, June 14 by 5:00 PM online at www.txga.org.

Prizes/Awards: Gift certificates redeemable at the host club golf shop will be awarded to the overall gross and overall net champions. The overall gross champions will also receive an exemption into the 2023 Women’s Texas Pinehurst.
