Entry & Eligibility Information
Entries Open: Wednesday, May 8, 2024 at 9:00 AM
Entries Close: Wednesday, July 17, 2024 at 5:00 PM
Entry Fee: $340
Eligibility: All players must have an active membership with a member of the Texas Junior Golf Alliance. Membership can be purchased through the NTPGA, and the STPGA.
Entry Procedure: Players will be added to the field according to the Exemption Based Entry procedures immediately following the close of registration. For more information on the exemption based entry procedures, please check the LJT Eligibility & Entry Procedures.
Championship Information
Format/Field Size: Play will be contested over 36 holes of individual stroke play. The field is limited to 84 players.
Divisions: Boys 15-18, Boys 14 & Under, Girls 12-18
Practice Round Information: Players will be responsible for making their own tee times with the University of Texas Golf Club. The official practice round date is Sunday, August 11 (tee time block from 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM). Players may arrive no earlier than one hour before their practice round tee time. The fee is $25 plus an additional $5 cart fee. Carts will be available to players only for Sunday’s practice rounds. Players must meet club requirements to operate a cart, which are 16 years of age and a valid driver’s license. Please call the golf shop at (512) 266-6464 to schedule your practice round time.
Cancellation/Withdrawal Procedure: Players may withdraw themselves from the field and receive a refund up until 10 days before the first round. If you need to withdraw, please contact the Tournament Director and they will instruct you on how to complete the WD. For full refund details, please reference the LJT Competition Policies.
Caddies: Caddies are permitted for the championship. Players are responsible for providing their own caddie for the event and the caddie cannot be the player’s parent or legal guardian.
Spectator Carts: Spectator carts are allowed and can be rented from the club for $40 per person. Spectator carts will not be allowed during the practice rounds. Spectators that rent carts must follow LJT Spectator Policy when operating the cart.
